TERMS OF SERVICE

by purchasing a commission from me, you agree with my terms and process. please read them carefully and consider if i am the right artist for you !! a more in depth TOS is available on my vgen

GENERAL TERMS ˊˎ-

- as of july 2024, i’ll be taking all of my commissions on vgen !!

- payments are upfront unless commission price exceeds $120 where in which payment will be split 50/50

- commissions are not first come first serve - i have the right to decline your commission

- unless discussed and paid appropriately, all commissions are personal use only. you are allowed to use my art on social media platforms (i.e icons, streaming assets) with appropriate credit

- turnaround time can be anywhere from ~1 week to 2 months. this is caused by lots of factors (uni, work, sickness, complexity of comm etc) and if i am affected by one of these factors i will let you know and give an updated ETA. you are allowed to ask for as many updates as you like !

- hard deadlines within reason are okay ! rush order fees will apply

REFUNDS ˊˎ-

- you can request refunds up until the lining phase. if i haven't completed the commission after 3 months, you can request a refund !

- after sketch = 50% refunded
- after lineart = 25% refunded

alternative versions can also be discussed ! can be anywhere between an additional +10-30% depending on complexity of alt
